Spider Veins, or telangiactasias, are those small, red. pink and blue blood vessels that appear most frequently on the face and legs.

CoolGlide Excel delivers pulses of light energy which cause the blood within the vein to coagulate, eventually destroying the vessels. CoolGlide Excel treats the targeted vessels, leaving the surrounding tissue intact. Treatments usually take several minutes, depending on the number of vessels treated and their location.
Often, patients find that one treatment is sufficient for their vein removal needs. However, for optimal results, multiple treatments may be necessary. The number of treatments necessary depends on the number of vessels being treated, and the color and size of those vessels.
